Paper Round

Paper Round 03:18
I opened up a savings account today, it's possible I'm growing up. This is how it ends. This is how it ends, not with a bang, but an ISA. How I miss not having to care about AER, oh you and I will get through this unscathed and if we don't, at least we saved the game, we can always turn it off and on again. Cross your fingers, count to ten. If all I can think about is what comes in and what goes out am I even here at all? When I was a kid I made about three quid on my paper round, rode my bike to the edge of town, and thought about nothing. Knee deep in my overdraft again, it's possible I spoke too soon. This is how it starts,I'm falling apart and my balance is unsustainable, but we do this to ourselves, this is the life we choose, oh! You and I should treat ourselves tonight, because there's no such thing as overkill, we can always go off the rails again, cross your fingers, count to ten. If all we can talk about is what we spend when we go out, are we even here at all? When I was a kid I made about three quid on my paper round, rode my bike to the edge of town, and thought about sweet fuck all. If all I can think about is what comes in and what goes out am I even here at all? When I was a kid I made about three quid on my paper round, rode my bike to the edge of town, and thought about nothing.
